Chef Beth’s Kitchen is the home of the traditional Italian “Chicken Cutlet Sandwich”.

Eat with your eyes and check out out new menu items. The “Top 10” cutlets, Chef’s Beth’s Signature Sandwiches, and any other foodstuffs other than a cutlet!

My cases are filled with an array of toppings for any sandwich selection. Your choices are limitless of cheeses, toppings and sauces. Everything in the case is homemade with the freshest ingredients and most concept forward foodstuffs. Grab and Go platters are also available for eat in or take out. All our ingredients are locally sourced and also procured from fellow merchants within the market.

No one leaves hungry when visiting my kitchen. We just don’t do cutlet sandwiches, we also are Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, and Gluten Free friendly. Our delicious Gluten Free Rolls are sourced from a local baker (for an added charge & also to sell individually) and can be substituted for any sandwich on the menu with a choice of grilled or blackened chicken or other proteins.

Who Am “I”?

Chef Beth Esposito, owner of Chef Beth’s Kitchen and Pink Garlic Private Events. I have been in the Philadelphia food industry for 30 years and have been featured on Food Network’s “Cooks vs. Cons”, Rachel Ray, Fox 29, have recipes in Hormel’s Spam cookbook, food stylist for magazines and have been featured in local television and radio stations.

I am heavily involved in my city with active participation in multiple charities, food donations for business interactions and overall knowledge of how food fuels a wonderful community. We bring Love in the Air at the market! I am an ordained minister and marry multiple couples simultaneously on Valentine’s Day in the Market Court.
