Umi Seafood and Sushi Bar offers an impressive menu with more than 50 prepared seafood dishes and 100+ varieties of premium sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls. All dishes will are available for in-Market or take-home consumption. Cooked dishes like salmon teriyaki, scallops, lobster mac and cheese, couscous, and grilled vegetables are also available to reheat at home.
Umi is a collaboration between renowned chef Yong Kim of the Bluefin family of restaurants, and seafood maven Suzi Kim of John Yi Fish Market, Under the C Seafood, and Ardmore Seafood. The joint venture combines Yong Kim’s 20 years of restaurant experience with Suzi Kim’s nearly 40 years as one of the premier providers of fresh seafood to the greater Philadelphia region.
