After 13 years of feeding the Philadelphia Eagles at the NovaCare Café, South Jersey native Chef Tim Lopez is now Chef Instructor at Jules E. Mastbaum Vocational Technical High School in Kensington, PA. There, he  oversees the Culinary Arts program, which combines basic and advanced cooking techniques with the study of the food service industry.
