Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

Clean the spinach. Chop and prepare all the ingredients (except for the buns, lettuce & tomato), & season with salt and papper. If you can’t find crumbled feta freeze your feta for 10 minutes and then dice. Form into about 8 patties. Cook until internal temperature is 165°F, approximately 8-12 minutes. Once cooking is complete place patties on buns and top with lettuce & tomato.
