Rosemary Shrimp with Almonds (Recipe provided by The Cookbook Stall)
- Preheat grill or grill pan (medium-high heat). Brush pan or grill with olive oil
- Skewer the shrimp of the rosemary stalks.
- Season with salt & pepper. Grill shrimp until cooked & pink (about 2 ½ minutes per side).
- In a pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and then add garlic, almonds, orange zest
& juice. Stir for about 1 minute, season with salt & pepper. Pour over the shrimp. Serve.
