One Dish Raspberry French Toast (Recipe provided by The Cookbook Stall)
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook jam in a small sauce pan over medium head 1-2 minutes or until melted
- Place half of bread cubes in the bottom of a lightly greased 13” x 9” baking pan.
Top with cream cheese cubes (evenly distributed) & drizzle jam. Top with remaining bread cubes. - Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with brown
sugar. Cover tightly and chill 8- 24 hours. - Preheat oven to 325°. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15
minutes longer.
