Chicken & Ricotta Meatballs
(Recipe Provided by Godshall’s Poultry)
- In a skillet, sauté onion and mushroom until tender. Allow to cool. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Form into 1 inch balls. These can be baked at 400°F, pan fried in oil, or dropped into simmering broth or soup.
- Make sure to cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
