Banana Blueberry Muffins
- Preheat oven 425°. Grease muffin tins.
- Mix banana, yogurt, honey, oil & vanilla.
- In a seperate bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Combine dry ingredients with the wet. Batter will be dry and resemble dough. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop the mixture into the greased muffin tin. Bake 10-15 minutes until lightly browned and set in the middle (toothpick test).
