Brussels Sprout Salad
Cooking Instructions:
After shaving Brussels sprouts, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons salt and allow to sweat at room temperature.
Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, orange blossom water, and oil, season with salt & pepper.
Combine Brussels sprouts, pear, onion & dressing and toss to coat. Garnish with toasted walnuts.
